The Deutschland-Ticket or JobTicket is now conveniently available through a single app.

How it works:

• Download the NETINERA-Tickets app from the Play Store.
• Register using your email address and a password, and fill in your contact information before your first purchase.
• Select the ticket that fits your needs.
• Make your payment quickly and easily, and you are ready to travel.

For our JobTicket customers:

Please log in with the email address you provided to your employer to access your JobTicket.

Important reminders:

• Ensure that you purchase and activate your ticket before you start your journey.
• Check that your smartphone is functioning properly and charged.

Before purchasing tickets for the first time, please register under the "Profile" tab. Click on “Register” and provide your first name, last name, and email address. You will receive an email prompting you to confirm your account and set a password (minimum 8 characters, including upper and lower case letters, as well as numbers or special characters).

Once registered, you will have unrestricted access to all features of our app. Completing your profile is necessary before purchasing a ticket. In the “Tickets” tab, select your desired ticket and click “Buy.” You will then be securely redirected to our payment processor to complete the transaction. Your preferred payment method will be saved automatically for future purchases.

After a successful purchase, you can find your ticket in the “My Tickets” section, where you can also check its validity period.
